Allison Williams
Allison Howell Williams is an American actor and producer. She was born on April 13 1987. The media has labelled her"horror queen" and "horror queen" by media outlets for her horror film work. The first time she was on screen, she played Marnie in the comedy-drama series HBO's Girls (2012-17), for which she was awarded an award from the Critics' Choice Award. Her big break came when she played the role of Rose Armitage in the horror film Get Out (2017), which won her nominations at the MTV Movie Awards and the Screen Actors Guild Awards among others. Her next roles were in horror movies The Perfection (2018 and M3GAN 2022), which she produced. Williams was raised and born in New Canaan (Connecticut), being the daughter of former Nightly News host and managing editor Brian Williams, and television producer Jane Gillan Stoddard. Williams also has an older brother. Williams studied at Greenwich Academy and New Canaan Country School. Williams later went on to Yale University majoring in English as well as being a member of Morse College and the St. Elmo secret society. Williams was one of the Ralph Lauren outlet employee in New Canaan. Williams was a part of the troupe improv comedy Just Add Water for four years, and was a character for the YouTube series College Musical. Sam Tsui starred in the film, and Kurt Hugo Schneider was its director. Both attended Yale. She graduated in 2010 at Yale with an English degree.
