JenniferJennifer has always wanted to be a multi-tasking superstar. She was a fan of many different styles of music in her youth, which included Afro-Caribbean music styles like salsa, merengue, and merengue and bachata. When she was an adult, her most loved genres were traditional pop-hop music like R&B as well as hip-hop. Although she loved films, music attracted her. West Side Story, a musical composed by Rita Moreno (1961), was her biggest inspiration. At 5, Jennifer began taking singing and dancing lessons. In addition to being an professional entertainer Jennifer was also a Catholic girl who spent eight years at the Catholic primary school known as Holy Family which was located on The Bronx, before graduating from an all girls prep school, Preston High School after a four-year stay. Jennifer was an accomplished athlete who competed in track and fields and tennis at school , was also an outstanding pupil. In the Castle Hill neighbourhood was her house for most of her life. Jennifer moved from her home to live with her parents around the age of 18. During this time, Lopez worked at a law firm while she took dancing jobs at night.
