Maureen Denise McCormick - the youngest of Richard McCormick's kids was born in Woodland Hills in the year 1956. Her father was a school teacher and her mother as an at-home mom. Michael Dennis Kevin, her two brothers older. McCormick began dancing and singing at an early age and often performed puppet shows in front of the children from her neighborhood. She did another commercial in the year 1964 for Mattels Chatty Cathy toy and soon was cast as the lead role in The Wind It up and It breaks, a production at La Jolla Playhouse. The Brady Bunch In 1969 McCormick was picked out of a crowd of over 1200 children who auditioned to play the eldest of three towheaded girls in the upcoming TV show The Brady Bunch starring Florence Henderson as well as Robert Reed as newlyweds with a blended family. The show lasted for five years. McCormick wrote in her book from 2008 Heres the Story : Surviving Marcia Brady & Finding My True Voice she almost losing her virginity in the fifth season with Barry Williams, her co-star as well as her on-screen brother.
